In order to be eligible to compete for the Miss Teen Uk Organisation titles, delegates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 5+  years old by the 1st of Sept in the year of the competition.
• Must currently reside, study, or work in the UK.
• Must be legally identified as female.

Returning Delegates:

Former winners of the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants are not eligible to compete in the same division but may re-enter once they age up into another category. Delegates who are not crowned winners are eligible to return to compete multiple times.

Code of Conduct for Representatives (Finalists and Queens):

Representatives and/or their families or supporters must display good sportsmanship towards all representatives. Anyone considered not displaying good sportsmanship will be withdrawn immediately and banned from entering the Miss Teen Universe UK/International pageants indefinitely.

The Miss Teen Uk Organisation pageant does not tolerate any forms of bullying, harassment, or negative behaviour. Representatives are expected to maintain good moral standing and must not have any criminal background. Representatives must be in good health and able to attend the International Pageant(applicable to MTUUK  14-21 yrs age division), which includes travel by airplane.

Representatives are not permitted to post/share/comment any content using offensive language, nudity, or anything that could question the integrity of the system. Representatives must never have posed topless or nude in any form of publication.

Representatives are not permitted to smoke, drink alcohol, or engage in/promote sexualized behaviours while wearing a Miss Teen Uk Organisation sash, crown, and/or logo. Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification.

Any questions or queries regarding scoring or anything related to the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageant must be directed to the UK directors. All information provided by anyone else should be disregarded.

All scores will be handled by an independent adjudicator; the adjudicator(s) will not engage in any form of conversation with any representative and/or their families. The UK director has no influence whatsoever on the judges’ marks.

Representatives and their families must accept that the judges’ decision is final. Judges are not to be contacted before or after the UK finals.

The official logo, crown, crown design, and sash remain the property of MTUUK Pageant and must not be used without written permission from the UK director, who must obtain permission from the international office.

All incurred costs are the responsibility of the representatives.

Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants Responsibilities:

Miss Teen Uk Organisation agrees to provide the winner of the Miss Teen Uk Organisation (14-21 yrs) Pageant:

• Paid entry into MTU International competition. Entry cannot be used for any other year.
• Flights to the international finals are the responsibility of the winner to book and pay for. A refund for flight costs up to the value of £500 will be given once UK Winners have attended the International finals. Additional travel costs are the responsibility of the UK winners including baggage, ESTA Visas plus any medical requirements/documentation needed from the UK or other travel authorities.
• Accommodation for the duration of the MTU International Pageant based on 1 queen . Any additional days required will be the UK Winner responsibility.
• All delegates/contestants under 18 years, as of the start of the International Pageant, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian will bear their own costs for all expenses including travel and accommodation.

Miss Teen Uk Organisation Entrants agree:

• To attend the International Pageant if selected as the winner at the national pageant and further abide by all the required services, rules, and regulations governing this pageant. Entrant agrees that in the event of the winner not being able to compete in the Miss Teen Universe International Pageant if any payments have been paid by Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants for the winner’s prize to the Miss Teen Universe they will be liable to reimburse Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants in full.
• If selected as a UK winner, they will not enter or compete in any other regional, national, or international pageant or beauty contest during her reign. Winners are expected to give their time and energy to this title during their year’s reign. Permission for Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants title holders to participate in other pageants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If selected as a Miss Teen Uk Organisation winner, the winner agrees that a contract will be signed pertaining to the code of conduct, appearances, and work, including modelling, television, and film, that the winners undertake during their reign on behalf of Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants.
• If selected as a UK winner, the UK director’s decision is final regarding wardrobe choices at the Miss Teen Universe international competition.
• That a commission of 20% (plus VAT on that commission, if applicable) will be deducted by the directors of Miss Teen Uk Organisation from the gross fee for any paid assignment as a Miss Teen Uk Organisation delegate, which has been organized and booked with Miss Teen Uk Organisation.
• To look solely to the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants Director with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance, and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary pageant.
• That Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants, its officers, employees, volunteers, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury, or theft incurred at the time of the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants Final or Miss Teen Universe International or travel to and from.
• That Miss Teen Uk Organisation and Miss Teen Universe International are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to delegates and winners at the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageant or Miss Teen Universe International Pageant.
• That Miss Teen Uk Organisation and  MTU are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel.
• That Miss Teen Uk Organisation and MTU are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon entrant after these items become the property of entrant. Entrant agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged items including but not limited to: crown/tiara, sash, plaques, trophies, etc.
• That the date/venue of the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants is subject to change and in such a case, the entrant is not eligible for a refund.
• That prizes given by Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants Sponsors to prize winners are not the responsibility of Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants and cannot be held liable for any sponsor not fulfilling their prizes to winners.
• That Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants are not responsible for the organization of the MTU International Pageant. Venue, location, and dates are subject to change and are MTU International.
• That entrants under 18 years will be accompanied at all times during the preliminary and international finals by a parent or legal guardian and they are the sole responsibility of the parent/legal guardian. They are not the responsibility Miss Teen Uk Organisation and MTU
• That if a delegate wins the UK competition and then continues to win the International pageant , a new contract with Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants will be signed.
• If the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants and/or MTU  is cancelled, prizes are not transferable. Flight, accommodation, and pageant entry fee are solely for the MTU. Entrant agrees that Miss Teen Uk Organisation is not liable for costs incurred due to the cancellation of the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants or MTU
• That Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants own the rights to ENGLAND, SCOTLAND, WALES, N.IRELAND, IRELAND & GREAT BRITAIN. Permission to use these titles lies with the UK Director.

Entry Fee & Payments:

The Entry fee for Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageant is £300 for 15-21 age division and £180 resp.  for other divisions.

Delegate’s sash will be ordered, and delegate’s titles made official after payment has been received in full.

All deadlines for payments are final.

All payments made to Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants are to be made via bank transfer or Card payment link. We do not accept PayPal, Cheques, or payment over the phone. All card payments are subject to a 2% charge.

Refund Policy:

All fees paid to Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, and any other fees paid to Miss Teen Uk Organisation by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, sponsors, and advertisers. By submitting the deposit and/or the full fee, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies set forth by the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants system.

Travel:

Delegates make their own travel arrangements. Miss Teen Uk Organisation is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening/resolving disputes involving travel to the pageant competition.

Data:

I understand the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants will hold my personal data provided on the application form for personal use only. This information will only be shared with sponsors if deemed necessary. Personal information will not be given to any 3rd parties.You also consent to MTUUK using your photos for content.

Hotel:

Delegates and their families must make their own hotel reservations. A suggestion for hotels close to the venue can be given on request.

Agreement:

Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants entrant agrees to abide by the above rules. If an entrant fails to abide by the above rules and/or brings Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants & MTU International into disrepute, for which a decision will be made at the Director’s discretion, the Miss Teen Universe UK Pageants Director and/or MTU International Director has the right to terminate the entrant’s contract immediately, reclaim the entrant’s sash, and authorize the deletion of all photos containing the Miss Teen Uk Organisation Sash & crown.

By submitting the entry form and fee(s) to Miss Teen Uk Organisation Preliminary Pageant leading to the MTU International Pageant, delegate agrees to abide by all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants.

I agree to the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants. I confirm that all information submitted to Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of Miss Teen Uk Organisation Pageants may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without the benefit of a refund in full or in part.
